Well, that’s over. The sedation was delightful, my throat hurts less than it did before the endoscopy (stupid allergy season), and no satellite equipment has yet emerged from my hiney. I have an irregular z-line, non-erosive gastritis, and a bunch of asymptomatic internal hemorrhoids. Lab results will show if I have H. pylori lurking within. Then I will be able to set about the business of ejecting my gall bladder.
